Reservations and inquiries

We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, reservation or event details, and the message or special requests you provide. We use this information to manage reservations, catering, job inquiries and general questions. No guest account is required.

Authorized staff can access the information needed to handle your request. Contact details are also saved in a private customer contact list so managers can organize follow-up and honor your communication preferences. A reservation or inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotions.

Optional promotional messages

You can choose separately to receive Puerto Azul promotional emails or recurring automated promotional text messages about specials, new menu items and offers. Both choices are optional and unchecked by default. Your choice does not affect your ability to make a reservation, send an inquiry or make a purchase. Email signup requires an email address; text signup uses the phone number you provide.

We store your choice for each contact channel, together with the time, source and version of the consent wording. Existing reservation and inquiry records are not treated as permission to send promotions. Authorized owners can download lists containing only subscribed contacts for the selected channel. Unsubscribed contacts are excluded.

Text message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to promotional texts to opt out. Promotional emails will include a way to unsubscribe. You can also call (408) 297-1300 to ask us to remove a phone number or email address from promotions. Staff can record your opt-out without deleting your reservation or inquiry.

The website currently saves communication preferences; automated promotional delivery is not connected. If a delivery service is connected, the contact details needed to deliver the messages you selected may be processed by that service.

Private links and your information

Private links let you view reservation requests and messages or manage a reservation. Keep your link private. Contact the restaurant at (408) 297-1300 for access, correction or removal requests concerning your personal information.

Website activity

We measure anonymous visits, page views, and call or directions button clicks to understand website usage. Submitted requests are counted from saved restaurant records. A temporary identifier distinguishes visits; it is not linked to reservations, inquiries or customer contact lists. Activity records do not contain names, emails, IP addresses or URL query parameters. These activity records expire after 30 days, and we honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
